Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping is free on all orders within this service area. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. boxes.
Handling and transit
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. The combined estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days, beginning from the applicable processing start day. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Cutoff and business days
The daily order cutoff is 7:00 PM, fixed GMT−06:00 Central Standard Time (Chicago), with no daylight-saving adjustment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on these holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping charges and tax
Standard shipping: $0.00. No additional expedited method is offered. Checkout tax is $0.00 under our current store pricing setup; this does not state that products are legally tax-exempt.
